To lead students into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by ensuring the vision, mission, values and ministry strategy of our church are accomplished in the lives of middle school and high school students.
Oversee the strategies and structures necessary to an effective student impact ministry. Develop administrative, educational and creative structures necessary to a vital ministry to area middle school and high school students. Equip teams of teen and adult individuals to champion the cause of an effective outreach and ministry to teenagers at CIBOLOCREEK. Shepherd a growing team of committed leaders and volunteers instrumental to the success of the Student Ministry. Administration: Develop and implement structures necessary to a successful spiritual formation ministry.Teaching & Training: Plan and present a variety of educational, inspirational and developmental (training) events design to equip teenagers for effective ministry to their peers.Shepherding: Provide spiritual nurture and encouragement for key leaders in the Student Ministry structure.Team Building: Recruit, train and empower a team of ministry volunteers who champion the value of ministry to teenagers and provide support for all their team’s efforts.
1. Serves as primary teacher, trainer and lead communicator to students and parents. 2. Create an inviting, and highly engaging volunteer fueled environment.3. Skilled in organization, administration, and interpersonal relationships.4. Lead an increasing pool of volunteers who desire to be involved in student ministry.5. A team player, assisting other staff members in church wide events when needed with a positive attitude.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Graduate degree in Ministry, Biblical Studies or related field preferred.Three (3) years of student ministry leadership experience in a similar or larger size church. Experience can substitute for education.
Salary details will be discussed during interview process. Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
