We offer a variety of groups designed to help you connect with others, grow in your faith, and take your next step in following Jesus. Whether you're looking for community, focused discipleship, or a place to belong, there's a group for you.
Life Groups
Life Groups are communities of 8–12 people following Jesus together. They're a place to build meaningful relationships, grow spiritually, care for one another, and live on mission together. In a Life Group, we learn to be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and do what Jesus did—not alone, but together.
Men's Groups
Men's Groups provide a brotherhood where men are encouraged and equipped to become stronger disciples of Jesus. Through biblical teaching, authentic relationships, and mutual encouragement, men grow in truth, integrity, courage, and purpose.
Men's Microgroups are smaller, committed groups of 2–5 men who meet regularly for intentional discipleship. These groups emphasize authentic relationships, accountability, Scripture application, and life transformation.
Women's Groups
Women's Groups provide a place for women to build authentic friendships, deepen their relationship with Christ, encourage one another through every season of life, and discover the joy of living out God's calling together.
Women's Microgroups are smaller, committed groups of 2–5 women who meet regularly for intentional discipleship. Their focus is on spiritual growth through authentic relationships, accountability, applying God's Word, and pursuing lasting life change.
Life Groups
The best way to join a Life Group is by attending our Group Launch Gathering, a two-week experience offered quarterly on Sunday mornings at 11:00 a.m. This is the primary on-ramp to Group Life, where you'll meet others looking for community and have the opportunity to form a new Life Group.
During the two weeks, you'll discover the vision and purpose behind Life Groups, learn how groups work, and take your first steps toward finding your people.
Men's Groups
The best place to get connected is Men's Monday, held on the first Monday evening of most months. It's a great opportunity to meet other men, build relationships, and learn about current group opportunities.
2026 Schedule Note: There is no August gathering. The September gathering will be held on September 14 instead of Labor Day.

Life Groups meet weekly in homes throughout the Fair Oaks Ranch and Boerne area. Groups gather on various days of the week, with most meeting in the evenings.
Men's Groups primarily meet on Monday evenings at the church. We also offer a Thursday evening group, along with Men's Microgroups that meet at various times and locations throughout the week.
Women's Groups primarily meet on Tuesday mornings and evenings at the church. We also offer Gather Moms, which meets on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, as well as Women's Microgroups that meet at various times and locations throughout the week.
Groups usually meet weekly, but no less than twice a month. Some of our groups meet for 6-8 weeks, then take breaks (specifically some women’s groups).
Life Groups
Cibolo Creek Community Church does not directly arrange or provide childcare for any of the groups. The Group Leaders and Members will discuss the various childcare options (Kids in Group, Kids with a shared babysitter, Kids stay with personal babysitter, etc. . .) to see what best fits their group goals, preferences and style.
We do provide a Childcare Supplement for Life Groups to help offset the costs. You can access the guidelines and information HERE. (https://cibolocreek.churchcenter.com/people/forms/708626)
Men’s and Women’s Groups do not offer Childcare or the Childcare Supplement.
While every group is unique, they all share the same purpose: helping people follow Jesus together in authentic community. A typical gathering includes:
• Time to connect and build relationships (often over a meal or snacks)
• Engaging discussion centered on God's Word
• Prayer, encouragement, and caring for one another
Most groups meet for 1½–2 hours, with plenty of time to linger, laugh, and build the meaningful relationships that turn a group into a spiritual family.
Every Group has the flexibility to use resources that best help people grow in their faith. Leaders can choose to study a book of the Bible, work through an approved Christian book, or utilize high-quality video studies and biblical teaching from RightNow Media.
To support your spiritual growth beyond your group meetings, everyone in our church family receives free access to RightNow Media, featuring thousands of Bible studies, discipleship resources, and videos for adults, students, and kids.
