Community Groups

If we could summarize Community Groups at Cibolo Creek Community Church in one word it would be “relational”. People who are engaged in small groups at C4 are pursuing a deep and meaningful relationship with God and with others.

A Community Group is a group of 8-12 people that meet in a home no less than twice a month.  There are groups that meet every week, but our hope is that a group would meet with enough frequency that they begin to know each other and “do life” together.

Each group is responsible for picking a study that is centered around the Bible and God’s will for us in any given situation.  Some groups do topical studies, some will go through a book of the Bible and others a combination of the two.

We sincerely believe that the best chance you have at C4 to grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ and to connect relationally to other believers is in a Community Group.  We love our Sunday morning gatherings!  We aim to make it fun, engaging and challenging in your spiritual walk.  However, our hope is that you will join us in a circle rather than a row, sitting face-to-face with other believers and growing relationally and spiritually.

Are you ready to join a group?  Fantastic!  I am so excited for you.  If you would like to send us your information please click on this link and fill out the form in its entirety.  The more information that you give us, the better we will be able to find the right fit for you in community at C4.  Once we receive your information, we will give you a call or send you an email to touch base.  We will contact a group leader who will reach out to you in a timely manner. If you are not ready to jump into community just yet, but have a few questions about groups, please click this link and email Matt Snellings, our Community Life Pastor, for more information.

C4 Electives are small gatherings of people that meet over a particular topic for a short period of time.  These topics can be life skills, theological concepts or even just going through a book of the Bible. Take some time to browse over our C4 Electives to see if there is something that you are interested in.

If you want to find out more about C4 Electives or if you have any questions, please click the link below to email Kristin Burford, Adult Ministries Admin. If you are ready to register for a C4 Elective, please click the ‘register’ link and fill out the form. We look forward to serving you.

NEXT is our annual leadership training event for Community Group leaders. This year our theme is "Like a Boss!" where we will discuss the topic of making relationships a priority. The other way to say that is "Owning Community Together". Jason Williams, from Saddleback Church, will be our guest speaker. If you are a Community Group leader or in a Community Group, you won't want to miss this event.
