This October, a team of adults from Cibolo Creek will travel to Belize to serve alongside our local ministry partner, build relationships and share the love of Jesus with the people they meet. You can help support their mission—and enjoy some delicious barbecue at the same time! Everything comes fully cooked, so you can stock up for an easy family dinner, your next get-together or fill your freezer.
How It Works:
1. Place Your Order:
Now through September 14, order fully cooked barbecue meats. Below are the items available and their suggested donation:
- Whole Brisket: $130
- Baby Back Ribs: $25 per rack
- Pork Tenderloin: 2 cuts for $20
- Whole Chicken: $20
- 12 oz. BBQ Sauce: $10

2. Make Your Donation:
After you submit your form, return to this page to donate online, with check or cash.
- Church Giving Site (select "Missions" in the drop-down box and write "Belize Fundraiser" in the memo line)
- Check (made out to Cibolo Creek and write "Belize Fundraiser" in the memo line. Drop off at church office or in a giving box)
- Cash (place cash in envelope and write "Attn: Kristin" on the outside. Drop off at church office or in a giving box)
3. Pick Up Your Order:
You will be assigned a pick up day and time between September 17–19 after all orders are received.
Pick up location is in Boerne. The pick up address will be given to you with your pick up time.
More about the Belize trip:
Belize has many challenges with widespread poverty, limited medical care, and many people are not engaged in a local church. Belizean pastors work very hard with limited resources and deeply desire to partner with mission teams to bless the people of their church and village. Our Adult Belize Mission Team will be partnering with Thirst Missions who has been serving in Belize since 2008. Thirst Mission's strategy is to partner with local churches and pastors who are in need of a team to assist them as they serve their local community. Teams go to encourage, serve and help meet the tangible needs of the local church congregation and their surrounding villages. Join us in praying for this team as they travel and serve October 23-28, 2026.
