Damon Christofillis Damon Christofilis grew up in various US cities as the son of an Air Force officer. After his family settled in Austin in 1975, Damon graduated from high school there and attended the University of Texas before transferring to Texas A&M where he graduated in 1989 with a degree in Construction Management. After graduation, Damon moved to Houston and then San Antonio in 1993 as a home builder. In 2000 he formed a custom home building company with his business partner: Burdick & Christofilis Custom Homes, building primarily in the Fair Oaks and Boerne area.

Damon's wife Sherry, of over 18 wonderful years, has a long and distinguished career in the insurance industry. They have a daughter, Haley, who is currently a junior at Champion High School.

They all consider themselves to be very blessed to have been led to Cibolo Creek in 2005 and have been regularly attending ever since. Damon's passion for construction has allowed him to be involved in C4's physical growth over the past few years and he hopes to assist with new ministry relationships relative to his career in home building.

Damon speaks fluent Spanish and finds that to be a tremendous asset in both his career and personal life. He is a self described sports fanatic and sometime wonders if he missed his calling as a sports broadcaster. In his spare time he loves being with his family out at Lake Medina, (when it has water), dreaming about golf and trying to be a better Christian, dad, and husband.

Glenn Jones had the pleasure of growing up in both South Texas and Eastern North Carolina. He graduated from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina with a BBA in Finance and a certificate in Trust Management. Since graduation, Glenn has worked for Jefferson-Pilot Life Insurance and Mutual of Omaha Insurance.

In October of 2002, he joined the agency of Impelman Insurance & Investment Services, L.L.P. as the Director of Employee Benefits and Sales. In October 2005, Glen and his wife visited Cibolo Creek Community Church for the first time and knew that God was calling them to become part of this community and to use their experiences, gifts, and talents to see that unchurched people have a relationship of full devotion toward Jesus Christ. He is actively involved in his small group, the C4 motorcycle ministry and mentoring men in a regular Saturday morning Bible Study.

Glenn and his wife Dyna have been married since 1995. They have not been blessed with children as of yet, but God has entrusted them with a few pets to manage on this earth which includes: 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 1 rabbit.

Bob Knoll is a hopeless entrepreneur having started or acquired several businesses over the past ten years. A son of a career Air Force non-commissioned officer, he has lived all over the world and United States and served in the military as an Army Officer. He met his bride, Gerrie, in college and they have been married for twenty seven years. Bob’s mother is Japanese but he can only speak a few words any more. However, he learned Spanish fluently while living in Mexico for three years before moving to Boerne.

Bob and Gerrie are empty nesters with two grown children. They have been attending Cibolo Creek since 2003. Bob currently leads a community group and has served in various capacities in the church’s community group movement. He is active in Bible Study Fellowship and the Boerne Emmaus community. Bob loves useless trivia, dreams of playing more golf, can’t help himself when it comes to karaoke, checks his Facebook page once a week, and has been slowly warming up to the family’s three cats.
