Paul Wilson (Senior Pastor) attended
a small private college in Northeastern
Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of
Science degree in Biblical Studies in the spring
of 1984. He then attended Dallas Theological
Seminary in Dallas, Texas. He received a Master
of Theology degree with a major in Bible
Exposition. He was also that year's recipient of
the seminary's H.A. Ironside Award in Expository
Preaching. In 1991, Paul joined the staff of
High Point Church in Madison, Wisconsin, where
he served as Pastor to Single Adults for six
years. He left his position in Madison to become
the founding pastor of Cibolo Creek Community
Church in Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas where he serves
in his present position of Senior Pastor.
Paul and Charlotte make their home in Fair Oaks
Ranch, Texas with their two young sons, Paul and
David.

Michael Vonderhaar (Executive Pastor)
attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa,
Oklahoma, where he studied Music Education.
After college, he began a career in Financial
Services as a Stockbroker and Investment
Consultant. In July 1999, Michael made a
decision to leave the marketplace to serve in a
part time position as Director of Administration
at Cibolo Creek Community Church and in January
2000 came on board full time.
He and his wife Ellen have been married
since 1986 and have a son, Chris, who
is a student at UT.

Donita Sprang
(Administrative Assistant)
Was born in Gallup, NM and moved around a bit, but landed back in Gallup. After graduation moved to Amarillo, Texas, and then moved to the San Antonio area in 1997. She has enjoyed several years as a full time mom. Most of her jobs have been in the medical and insurance fields and has spent the last 8 years working as an Administrative Assistant for an insurance enrollment firm in San Antonio. She is now thrilled to be a part of the Cibolo Creek Community Church Staff. She is most comfortable working behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly. Her passions are her boys and raising them to love the Lord with all their hearts, souls, and minds. Donita has been an active member of Cibolo Creek Community Church since 2006.
Her family includes, two boys, Caleb and Corey and their two “wanna-be human” dogs, Nikki and Cassie.

Theresa Black
(Admin. Asst. Student Impact Ministries, Part-Time)
has always had a passion for children and a
talent for throwing parties. Her creativity is inspired
by her hope for kids and their families to have
significant relationships with others and with Christ.
As a long time volunteer in Adventureland, she
recognized the need for planned events that brought
families, kids, and volunteers together for some "over
the top" kind of fun. The success of such events brought
Theresa on staff as a significant member of the
Adventureland team, serving as Special Events
Coordinator.
Theresa graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in
Accounting. She and her husband, Jerry, have four
children, Paul, Tessa, Matt, and Casey.

Jeremy Boeselt
(Director of Worship)
Jeremy Boeselt is a graduate of the University of Mary Hardin Baylor
with a degree in Church Music. After graduation, in 2004, he married
his lovely wife Rachel. Jeremy and Rachel moved to Tallahassee, FL in
2006 to help start the Fellowship of the Hills and to become Florida
State Seminoles football fans! Jeremy has a heart for worship and a
desire to see the body of Christ serve each other and their community.
His favorite authors include:
Francis Chan, Rob Bell, Brennan Manning, and C.S. Lewis. Jeremy and
Rachel live in Shavano Park with their two big dogs, Cora (the
Weimaraner) and Maya (the Great Dane).

Mike Chatelle
(Facilities Coordinator)
a native son of San Antonio, TX acquired a degree in
Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University in
1986. He entered the work force with Shades of Green
nursery utilizing his design skills while eventually
acquiring skills and desires that led him into nursery
management. In 1992, he left the retail world for a
career in sales and marketing with a local wholesale
plant grower. In 1999, along with the arrival of the
second child in the family, Mike was faced with the
decision to accept a new sales territory requiring
extensive travel. He decided to quit his job to become a
stay at home dad, and even though this was more
difficult than any paid job Mike had ever had, he was
very thankful and greatly rewarded by the opportunity to
grow closer to God and his family during that 7 year
stretch.
After attending a spring semester with the Texas A&M
'Italart' program in Italy, Mike stayed to work in
Florence, where he met his wife, Kaye. Mike and Kaye
have been married for 17 years, and they enjoy spending
time outdoors working in the garden and camping with
their two children, Miriam and Jack who attend Fair Oaks
Elementary School.
Mike loves to spend time doing anything outdoors,
spending time working on projects with family and
friends, he loves to draw and paint and hopes to someday
return to playing his trumpet.

Nan Henke (Aide to Executive
Pastor)
holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her
background includes 19 years as a Quality
Engineer for companies that manufactured light
bulbs, major appliances and medical equipment. She is also a part time artist and Rancher-in-Training.
Nan lives in Boerne and has been married to
Doyle Henke since 1987.

Carrie Jacobs (Preschool Coordinator)
has always had a passion for children. She has
worked with the Cibolo Creek preschool children
since 1999. Her experience with children has
been in the role of teacher and most recently a
full time nanny. Carrie feels there is nothing
like watching God's plan unfold in a child.
Carrie and her husband, Kevin, have a daughter
named Anna.

Adam Jacobus (Director of Student Ministries)
graduated from High School in 1988 thinking how cool it would be to stay in high school to be connected with his friends. God has used that dream to pursue working with young people in a variety of settings while attending the University of Wisconsin, and Emmaus Bible College in Dubuque, IA. After 2 years as Senior High Youth Director at High Point Church in Madison, WI where Adam met his future wife Adrienne, they moved to Spring Green, WI to start a Campus Life ministry program as a part of Youth For Christ. They were content Wisconsinites for the past 11 years until a phone call led them to move to Texas and Cibolo Creek Community Church.
Their family includes 2 sons, Dawson and Landon, and Margo the wonder dog.

Tammy Maisano (Office Manager)
Born and
raised in Southern California, Tammy enjoyed the beaches
and the early years of Christian Music. She feels very
fortunate to have studied God's Word for over 15 years
with Chuck Smith's Church, Calvary Chapel, which gave
her a foundation and hunger for spiritual truth. Tammy
has worked in Corporate America for over 20 years as an
Information Specialist for Specialty Gases and Chemicals
in 3 states, California, Oregon and Texas. Tammy met her
husband David, on the job, while working in Northern
California. Brand new to the San Antonio area, they love
it here and plan to make it their permanent home. The
Maisano's have been coming to Cibolo Creek since the
2003 Grand Opening.
They have 2 boys, Kyle and
Devon. Tammy has a heart to serve God and the spiritual
needs of women. She has served in the Nursing Home
Ministry and the Women's Ministry. With a love for
writing, she is working on a book regarding spiritual
balance.

Judy Perry
(Finance Coordinator)
has a background in the
administrative field and worked in that arena for ten
years until the birth of her daughter, Jennifer, in
1990. Since then, Judy's been a stay-at-home mom
volunteering as a scout leader, at her daughter's
schools and in the community. Judy's thrilled to be
re-entering the work force, especially at Cibolo Creek
Community Church where she feels very blessed to be part
of a dynamic team committed to ministering to people.
In
her spare time, Judy likes to exercise, garden and ride
her motorcycle.
Judy, her husband, John, their daughter, Jennifer and
two labs, Caty and Nina, moved to Fair Oaks Ranch from
Austin in 2003 and became members of Cibolo Creek
Community Church in February, 2006. Judy and John have
been married since April, 1987.

Stuart
Chapman
(Director of Children's Ministries)
grew up in the Piney Woods of Northeast Texas. He attended Texas A&M University where he got involved in several Children’s ministries and met his wife, Devanee. Upon graduation, he worked as a Ministry Event Director for Student Life For Kids Camps, where he first met Cibolo Creek Community Church.
Stu loves spending time outdoors with his wife and son, Asa.
