Paul Wilson (Senior Pastor) attended
a small private college in Northeastern
Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of
Science degree in Biblical Studies in the spring
of 1984. He then attended Dallas Theological
Seminary in Dallas, Texas. He received a Master
of Theology degree with a major in Bible
Exposition. He was also that year's recipient of
the seminary's H.A. Ironside Award in Expository
Preaching. In 1991, Paul joined the staff of
High Point Church in Madison, Wisconsin, where
he served as Pastor to Single Adults for six
years. He left his position in Madison to become
the founding pastor of Cibolo Creek Community
Church in Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas where he serves
in his present position of Senior Pastor.
Paul and Charlotte make their home in Fair Oaks
Ranch, Texas with their two young sons, Paul and
David.

Michael Vonderhaar (Executive Pastor)
attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa,
Oklahoma, where he studied Music Education.
After college, he began a career in Financial
Services as a Stockbroker and Investment
Consultant. In July 1999, Michael made a
decision to leave the marketplace to serve in a
part time position as Director of Administration
at Cibolo Creek Community Church and in January
2000 came on board full time.
He and his wife Ellen have been married
since 1986 and have a son, Chris, who
is a student at UT.

Luis Arizpe
(Administrative Assistant)
After majoring in music composition at the University of
North Texas, Luis has spent his professional life in
administrative management and bookkeeping. Luis began
attending Cibolo Creek in August of 2002 and since
becoming a Christian, Luis has devoted his life to
spiritual pursuits. He brings his gifts of creativity
and administration to the Administration Ministry at
Cibolo Creek.
When not in the office, you can find Luis with a guitar
in hand, or spending time with his family.

Theresa Black
(Adventure Land Special Event Coordinator)
has always had a passion for children and a
talent for throwing parties. Her creativity is inspired
by her hope for kids and their families to have
significant relationships with others and with Christ.
As a long time volunteer in Adventureland, she
recognized the need for planned events that brought
families, kids, and volunteers together for some "over
the top" kind of fun. The success of such events brought
Theresa on staff as a significant member of the
Adventureland team, serving as Special Events
Coordinator.
Theresa graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in
Accounting. She and her husband, Jerry, have four
children, Paul, Tessa, Matt, and Casey.

Mike Chatelle
(Facilities Coordinator)
a native son of San Antonio, TX acquired a degree in
Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University in
1986. He entered the work force with Shades of Green
nursery utilizing his design skills while eventually
acquiring skills and desires that led him into nursery
management. In 1992, he left the retail world for a
career in sales and marketing with a local wholesale
plant grower. In 1999, along with the arrival of the
second child in the family, Mike was faced with the
decision to accept a new sales territory requiring
extensive travel. He decided to quit his job to become a
stay at home dad, and even though this was more
difficult than any paid job Mike had ever had, he was
very thankful and greatly rewarded by the opportunity to
grow closer to God and his family during that 7 year
stretch.
After attending a spring semester with the Texas A&M
'Italart' program in Italy, Mike stayed to work in
Florence, where he met his wife, Kaye. Mike and Kaye
have been married for 17 years, and they enjoy spending
time outdoors working in the garden and camping with
their two children, Miriam and Jack who attend Fair Oaks
Elementary School.
Mike loves to spend time doing anything outdoors,
spending time working on projects with family and
friends, he loves to draw and paint and hopes to someday
return to playing his trumpet.

Greg Coplen (Director
of Music/Worship)
is a native Texan, having grown up in the Texas panhandle. His background includes almost ten years of full-time music ministry as well as a couple of years of teaching tennis. Greg has a passion for seeing music used in a relevant manner to teach and inspire God’s greatest creation, people! Greg loves writing music and creates many of the worship and featured songs used here at Cibolo Creek.
Greg has been blessed with a beautiful wife, Shea, and they have three wonderful children, Kyser, Celis and Kilian.
In his spare time Greg likes to train for and run marathons. He has run over ten of them including the Boston marathon. Greg’s favorite place to be is running the trails somewhere in Colorado.

Nan Henke (Aide to Executive
Pastor)
holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her
background includes 19 years as a Quality
Engineer for companies that manufactured light
bulbs, major appliances and medical equipment. She is also a part time artist and Rancher-in-Training.
Nan lives in Boerne and has been married to
Doyle Henke since 1987.

Carrie Jacobs (Preschool Coordinator)
has always had a passion for children. She has
worked with the Cibolo Creek preschool children
since 1999. Her experience with children has
been in the role of teacher and most recently a
full time nanny. Carrie feels there is nothing
like watching God's plan unfold in a child.
Carrie and her husband, Kevin, have a daughter
named Anna.

Adam Jacobus (Director of Student Ministries)
graduated from High School in 1988 thinking how cool it would be to stay in high school to be connected with his friends. God has used that dream to pursue working with young people in a variety of settings while attending the University of Wisconsin, and Emmaus Bible College in Dubuque, IA. After 2 years as Senior High Youth Director at High Point Church in Madison, WI where Adam met his future wife Adrienne, they moved to Spring Green, WI to start a Campus Life ministry program as a part of Youth For Christ. They were content Wisconsinites for the past 11 years until a phone call led them to move to Texas and Cibolo Creek Community Church.
Their family includes 2 sons, Dawson and Landon, and Margo the wonder dog.

Ashley Larcom (Administrative Assistant for Student Impact Ministries) is currently attending the UTSA School of Business. Ashley plans to graduate in 2010 with a BBA Degree in Human Resource Management. Making a positive impact on a child's life is a passion for her. Some of her experiences include working with teens in a group home and treatment center as a Youth Care Counselor as well as working at Austin Independent School District as the director of an after school program. Ashley is excited to be working with teens again and is growing in her Faith daily as she witnesses the great workings here at Cibolo.
Her hobbies include reading and being creative. In her spare time her husband helps her build and stretch canvases that she uses to paint. Ashley was born in San Antonio, but moved around the state of Texas. She is happy to be back in South Texas and finally feels like she is home. Ashley and her husband Matt have been married since 2006. They have a cat named Kali and a houseplant named Bertha.

Tammy Maisano (Office Manager)
Born and
raised in Southern California, Tammy enjoyed the beaches
and the early years of Christian Music. She feels very
fortunate to have studied God's Word for over 15 years
with Chuck Smith's Church, Calvary Chapel, which gave
her a foundation and hunger for spiritual truth. Tammy
has worked in Corporate America for over 20 years as an
Information Specialist for Specialty Gases and Chemicals
in 3 states, California, Oregon and Texas. Tammy met her
husband David, on the job, while working in Northern
California. Brand new to the San Antonio area, they love
it here and plan to make it their permanent home. The
Maisano's have been coming to Cibolo Creek since the
2003 Grand Opening.
They have 2 boys, Kyle and
Devon. Tammy has a heart to serve God and the spiritual
needs of women. She has served in the Nursing Home
Ministry and the Women's Ministry. With a love for
writing, she is working on a book regarding spiritual
balance.

Shane Patrick
(Director of Discipleship)
attended Auburn University
where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
with a concentration in Information Systems. From there
Shane completed a graduate degree program in Business at
the University of Texas at Dallas and then spent the
following eight years working in the Information
Technology industry in Dallas. In 2002 Shane resigned
his full-time IT Project Manager position in exchange
for a full-time student position at Dallas Theological
Seminary. In May of 2006 Shane graduated from the
seminary with honors, earning a Master of Theology
degree with a major in Systematic Theology. He joined
the Cibolo Creek Community Church staff in September of
2006.
Shane and his wife Stephanie were married in 2000, they
have two young boys—Dillon and Gibson—and they currently
call Boerne Texas home.

Judy Perry
(Finance Coordinator)
has a background in the
administrative field and worked in that arena for ten
years until the birth of her daughter, Jennifer, in
1990. Since then, Judy's been a stay-at-home mom
volunteering as a scout leader, at her daughter's
schools and in the community. Judy's thrilled to be
re-entering the work force, especially at Cibolo Creek
Community Church where she feels very blessed to be part
of a dynamic team committed to ministering to people.
In
her spare time, Judy likes to exercise, garden and ride
her motorcycle.
Judy, her husband, John, their daughter, Jennifer and
two labs, Caty and Nina, moved to Fair Oaks Ranch from
Austin in 2003 and became members of Cibolo Creek
Community Church in February, 2006. Judy and John have
been married since April, 1987.

Brad Schlemmer
(Fusion Coordinator)
Brad Schlemmer attended Texas A&M University and holds a
B.B.A. in Information and Operations Management. He also
holds an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from the
University of Phoenix. Brad began his career in
Information Technology at EDS in Waco, Texas. He
continued his IT career as an employee of USAA in San
Antonio, Texas. Brad recently redirected his time and
energy to meet the various needs of his immediate and
extended family. He now enjoys being a stay-at-home Dad.
The flexibility in this new career enables him to care
for his children, his parents, his in-laws and the
Fusion Ministry children of Cibolo.
Brad and his family live and participate actively in the
community in which he serves. Brad and his wife Leslie
have been married since August 2005. Between them they
have four children.

Charlotte Wilson
(Director of Children's Ministries)
is a Native Texan-grew up in the Panhandle. She
attended Southern Methodist University School of
Music and pursued degrees in Music Performance
and History. She began volunteering in
children's ministry when the church began in
1996 and found her niche in ministry by wearing
silly wigs, using crazy accents, creating dramas
and encouraging children in the pursuit of God.
Charlotte enjoys spending time with her husband,
Paul and her sons Paul, and David.

Justin Wolff (Video Production
Director)
has an Associates Degree in Graphic Design as well as a Bachelors Degree in Art Studies from Wayland Baptist University. In addition he will complete a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University in 2009. He has a Wife named Kim and a daughter named Kenzie and a revolving menagerie of creatively named pets that at present include 2 dogs and a cat named: Fern, Casey and Sarah sleeping beauty pooter lumpus, respectfully. In doggy heaven (but not forgotten) are Freud and Einstein.
Vocationally Justin has followed many rabbit trails (or as he likes to call it, “Forrest Gumped” his way through many jobs). These include graphic designer and owning a printing company to quite unexpectedly landing in ministry.
Justin grew up in the San Antonio area with brief stints in California and Europe but wholeheartedly realizes that Texas is where it is at. In his spare time Justin writes and records music at his home studio and makes a mess oil painting.
